Prior to joining the College Football Playoff in 2018, Michael Bos previously held the position of Senior Associate Athletics Director at the University of Texas-Austin. He began his career at Texas in the athletics ticket office. After a short stint administering websites for a mid-size insurance company, he returned to Texas and managed several areas including ticketing, Texas Box Office, sports video and information technology. He holds a bachelor's degree from Calvin College and a master's degree in sports administration from Texas. He and his wife, Cheryl, have twin sons, David and Christian, who played football for Hope College, and a daughter, Svetlana.
